How it works
PeakBake works silently in the background so you can focus on baking, not math.
Using your device's GPS, PeakBake pinpoints your exact position and pulls live atmospheric data from Open-Meteo: elevation, humidity, and barometric pressure.
Our adjustment engine applies real baking science, reducing leavening at altitude, adding liquid to compensate for evaporation, adjusting flour for humidity, and more.
Every ingredient is updated with up and down indicators showing exactly what changed and why. Bake adjustments for temperature and time are calculated automatically.
Every major baking blog, cookbook, and recipe site assumes sea level. June's followers in Denver, Albuquerque, and Salt Lake City have been quietly failing those recipes for years, not because of June, but because no recipe accounts for altitude or humidity. PeakBake fixes that, for the app and for every recipe site on the web.
